Booking & Scheduling
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at (979) 319-0722, or send us a text. Online booking is the fastest way to secure your preferred time slot.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekends. However, we do offer same-day appointments when available—just give us a call!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of your deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes! We're available Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekends fill up fast, so book early.
Pricing & Payment
Why do prices vary by vehicle size?
Larger vehicles require more time, products, and effort. SUVs and trucks have more surface area to clean, larger interiors, and often more complex spaces to detail.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we collect a deposit (typically 25-50% of the service cost) at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments through Stripe. Cash is accepted for the balance (not deposits).
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Our prices are transparent and upfront. The only additional charge would be a travel fee for locations beyond our 25-mile service radius.
The Detail Process
What do I need to provide?
Just access to your vehicle and a nearby water source (garden hose or spigot). We bring all our own supplies, equipment, and electricity (generator if needed).
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle and water, you can leave the keys in a secure spot and go about your day. Many customers book while they're at work.
How long does a detail take?
Express Wash: ~45 minutes. Interior Refresh: ~1 hour. Full Detail: ~2.5 hours. The Works: ~4 hours. Times may vary based on vehicle condition.
What if my car is really dirty?
We love a challenge! Extremely dirty or neglected vehicles may require additional time and may incur an extra charge. We'll let you know upfront if that's the case.

What areas do you serve?
We serve a 25-mile radius from Rosharon, TX. This includes Pearland, Alvin, Missouri City, Manvel, Iowa Colony, Fresno, Arcola, Brookside Village, and Friendswood.
Do you service outside the 25-mile radius?
Yes, with an additional travel fee. Contact us for a custom quote based on your location.
Can you detail at my workplace?
Absolutely! Many customers schedule while at work. Just make sure we have access to water and your vehicle.
Services & Add-Ons
What's the difference between a wash and a detail?
A wash focuses on the exterior—removing dirt and grime. A detail is a comprehensive cleaning that includes meticulous attention to every surface, inside and out, with specialized products and techniques.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Not currently. We focus on detailing services that deliver immediate results. For ceramic coating, we can recommend trusted specialists in the area.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes! Pet hair removal is available as an add-on service. Deep extraction of stubborn pet hair starts at $25, depending on severity.
Do you detail boats or RVs?
We currently focus on cars, SUVs, and trucks. For boats or RVs, contact us to discuss—we may be able to accommodate special requests.
